Strawberry Bitters

2 oz Gin

0.75 oz Strawberry lemonade (organic)

0.5 oz Simple syrup

1 Kiwi 

2 Strawberries

5 Dashes of Strawberry bitters

2 oz Club soda

1. Muddle a slice of kiwi and 1 strawberry
2. Add the gin, lemonade, simple syrup and bitters in a shaker
3. Add ice and shake
4. Double strain into a collins glass with sliced kiwi
5. Top with club
