Peach Bitters

2 oz Bourbon

0.5 oz Honey syrup

0.5 oz Lemon juice

5 Dashes of Peach bitters

5 Fresh mint leaves

2 Peach slices

1. Muddle peach slices and mint with syrup in a shaker
2. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, and bitters in a shaker
3. Add ice and shake
4. Strain into a rocks glass
5. Garnish with peach slices and mint
