Grapefruit Bitters

Spicy Paloma

2 oz Tequila

1 oz Disaronno Amaretto

4 oz Grapefruit soda

0.5 oz Lime juice

3 Slices of Jalapeño pepper

5 Dashes of Grapefruit bitters


  1. Add 3 oz grapefruit soda to ice in a collins glass
  2. Add tequila, amaretto, bitters, lime juice and sliced peppers
  3. Stir and add additional 1 oz of soda on top
  4. Garnish with grapefruit wedge or mint
